Veterans Alumni Association of Arizona

A Nation Where No Veteran Is Left Behind in Daily Life

Mission Statement of the Veterans Alumni Association of Arizona

Mission Statement

Veterans Alumni Association of Arizona is a non-profit corporation whose sole purpose is to avail veterans, and their families of resources to assist in their well-being; food, clothing, transportation, housing, and medical needs (whether physical and/or mental/emotional).

As indicated by our corporation, we are founded in Arizona. As we initially establish ourselves as a resource for veterans and their families within Arizona, our intention is to expand via a deliberate step-by-step process throughout the United States.

We are founded by veterans, and all directors and committee members are and will be veterans. Our directive is to pay homage to those who came before us and assist and be a resource for those of us now and future veterans in need.

What guides us

Four principles shape everything we do.

Service

We serve veterans the same way they served us — without hesitation, without condition, and without expectation of anything in return.

Integrity

Every resource in our directory is vetted. We don't list what we can't verify. Veterans deserve accurate information, not false hope.

Community

Veterans are stronger together. We foster connection between veterans, families, VSOs, and the organizations that support them.

Accessibility

Help should be easy to find. We keep this directory free, searchable, and organized so no veteran has to fight to find what they need.

Vision Statement

"A nation where no veteran is left behind in daily life."

Our Commitment to Arizona Veterans

We are committed to keeping this directory current, accurate, and free — always. We will continue to grow our network of vetted resources, advocate for veterans across all 15 Arizona counties, and ensure that every veteran who needs help knows where to find it.
